Do you mean that it has been a while for a director who does not have the largest backlog of directed movies?
I would agree, definitely. But when I first heard that he was directing this adaptation with this cast, I thought it was a great fit

My point is I have as much confidence in Baz Lurman making a movie that isn't a bloated, gaudy piece of shit as I do in something clever I have no confidence in.

My point is Baz Lurman made a visually interesting movie a long time ago and the quality of what he's made has gone steadily down in direct correlation with the growing artistic freedom he's received to realize his dumb ideas.

It's an idea just stupid enough to work!
Exactly. You spend a lot of time on it, involved with it in various ways.
They face an obstacle similar to people in the mattress industry. The feeling towards buying mattresses is very negative despite the fact that you spend a very important 1/3 of your life on them

Yeah when I get my own place I am hell of getting a good mattress.
anti I'm not sure exactly how to take that post because with you, it could go any which way
so I'm just gonna shake my head sadly
then you interpreted it correctly
mwah, gnight everybody!
anti I think the transgender lady that works at my job might get fired
maybe
because she gave a newspaper interview with some unkind things to say about said job
never mentioned them by name but yeah it's pretty obvious where she works

she's a part-timer and can get fired for literally any reason
and where I work doesn't protect against transgender discrimination (yet? apparently it will soon?)
which is the issue she was talking about
this might get into some dangerously ironic territory
I liked Moulin Rouge a lot when I finally saw it, even though when it came out I was strongly opposed to it on the grounds that every girl I knew wouldn't shut the fuck up about it
And I also mostly liked Romeo and Juliet though the best scene is still the shootout at the beginning
That probably says more about me than the movie though

interesting. I really really liked him in Shutter Island, but that's fine that you didn't see that movie. A good amount of people didn't seem to like it.
who would you have replaced him with in Inception?

you shit in it
australia was a piece of shit
most of it anyway
also Moulin Rouge
Australia would have been much better if the epilogue to the damn love story wasn't an hour long

alas
Leo Caprio is poop
My mom's totally into that show.
Well he got way better
who would've predicted that
Is that to say Leo has followed a linear progression regarding his acting talents?
What is the way to do it?
I still don't think he's all that good
I never saw shutter island, though, so my opinion should have an asterisk by it
but honestly, he's never been in a single movie that someone else couldn't have done so much better
a lot of someones
who would you have replaced him with in Inception?
