Antimatter

I'm going to try to give as much information as possible, but if more is needed, I'll try to provide it. I am having an issue with itunes that Apple will not cover because of my plan, apparently. I recently obtained a 32 gig iPod touch on July 23rd, but bought and downloaded the television program The Prisoner days before that. I had already been having issues downloading it onto a new laptop, but I managed to figure that out by myself. I bought all 17 episodes of The Prisoner, and downloaded it onto my computer and iPod. I watched one episode completely with my father a few days after on my computer, an episode we hadn't seen before. However, after I watched the episode, it has somehow disappeared from my iPod the next time I synced it. I've bought and downloaded other things onto my computer and ipod, and synced them just fine. Yet, I can't get this episode to sync onto my ipod, even though it still remains on my computer, and can still be watched.

Has someone dealt with a similar issue, or know what's going on?

edit: I may have found a solution, but I'm not positive.
