The Binding of Isaac: now with more vague non-endings!
I've been trying to nail down just what I love about this game and I've come to the conclusion that it's the combination of old school game elements and what's basically a single, prolonged dead baby joke hammering away at my inner child
Finally I beat it for the first time. Turns out playing it on a crappy laptop that can barely handle having 4 things on screen make dodging the bullets really easy.
Also finding Brimstone in a devil shop on floor 2.
The main thing I hate about Peep (and Fistula) is that if the shit that bounces around in the room is supposed to be bouncing randomly then why the fuck is it always coming directly at me. Peeps eyes are laser fucking guided.

Just FYI, that's pronounced "Pee Pee".
Almost got Mama's Boy, but got a really shit room filled with bullet spam AND chasing mobs which is fucking hard as hell to manage with Dr. Fetus. Oh well, I will get you 63rd secret, just you wait.
There are various tricks to each boss:
The Basement:
Monstro: Stand near him will make it more likely for him to hop at you or shoot his blood attack. Both are easy to sidestep or backpedal from and continuously shoot him.
Larry Jr: If you time it well, a bomb that hits 2 or more of his segments (head included) is an instant KO. Technology or Cupid's arrow will also allow you to hit multiple parts and kill him much faster.
The Duke of Flies: One well place bomb should do it. Otherwise piercing shots or, at the very least, a decently high attack speed will allow you to get to him.
Gemini: Put a bomb down as he chases you in a straight line, should run right into it. If low on bombs, just let him chase you and shoot him. Piercing shots will make it faster as they also hit the fetus part of the boss.
The Caves:
Fistula: Nothing really special here. Piercing shots will reduce the amount of time it takes to kill him once he's split apart a few times. This is more about dodging and not panicking.
Gurdy: Depending on the room, it may be a bit of a bitch to kill the starting two Boils. Once they're dead, standing at a 45 degree angle will allow you to move to his front or side (depending on where he decides to shoot) easily avoiding his cross spread. The rarer 'dark' version of Gurdy doesn't shoot bullets and is even easier.
Peep: Keeping your distance will prevent you from getting hit by his 'accident' attack and the spread of his bullet spray should be wide enough to easily be dodge. If he jumps at you, basically trade places (you should be at the side of the room to start) with him. Eyes at 66% and 33% make it a bit more difficult, but they merely bounce and can be predicted.
Chub: Feed him bombs when he dashes at you with his mouth open. If no bombs are handy, just do your best to never be near him and in a straight line from him. Be sure to not ignore the adds lest they overwhelm you.
The Depths:
Lokii: This boss is very rare. All he does is teleports, use two types of bullet spam and summon the black exploding flies. Keep your distance and he should be pretty easy. Bonus damage if you can blow the fly up as soon as he summons it (can be tricky).
Monstro II: If you stay within a few feet of him, he has a 70-80% chance of using his Dis/Gluttony-type 'laser' attack. Just juke under him and then back in front to trigger the attack again while firing. Use bombs if you're feeling saucy (though they can and will move him, so beware!).
Mom: Using the Bible will kill this boss instantly. Supposedly getting stepped on while under the effects of 'My Little Unicorn' will also kill this boss instantly. Additionally if you can 'trick' her into stomping on one of her own body parts, you will do roughly 60% of her life in damage. If you lack the aforementioned items, you can choose to stand in a corner and only move when the foot comes down or to deal with adds. Just don't panic!
The Womb:
Scolex: The easiest boss in the game. An EXTREMELY well timed bomb will one shot him, otherwise do your best to hit his tail as he jumps from place to place (it does insane amounts of damage). You can also hit his tail when it juts up to shoot bullets at you. If his head comes up, he cannot be harmed.
Blastocyst: The rare of the two Depths 1 bosses. Just shoot it and avoid it's fairly obvious shots as it splits. Nothing special, but can be easy to panic once it's split a few times.
Mom's Heart: Once again, this will die instantly if you use The Bible. Otherwise start out by killing the two laser shooting eyeballs. Then focus on the heart when it pops down. Having piercing shot will allow you to get in a few extra shots when it summons various enemies (after which it will retreat until the enemies are dead). At 30% HP it will stay down and shoot random blood 'bombs' around the room while summoning monsters every so often. Fairly easy to avoid.
It Lives: Same as Mom's Heart, but can summon any of the Basement bosses. Seems to otherwise have the same life amount and similar second 'bomb' phase.
Sheol:
Satan: You will have to fight a Fallen first. Once that is dead, Satan will appear. He has two attacks - bullet waves if you stand on either side or a singular/double (depending on your position) laser if you stand in front of him. The easiest way to do this is to shoot him from the side and as the first wave appears dash around him to the other side. As he cannot fire his lasers while in the midst of firing his bullet spam, you will not be hit. Keep shooting the whole time as you juke from side to side. Once he hits phase 2, just avoid his feet (look for the semi-hard to see shadows!) and shoot them as they come down. Putting bombs down on where they'll land helps a lot. Having a My Little Unicorn and The Virus (damage on being hit) will help a lot here if you have trouble dodging.
Other Bosses:
The Fallen: Very rare boss, can appear anywhere. Will either shoot bullets at you or chase you. After it has chased you for awhile, it will stop and shoot lasers in a plus shape. Fairly easy to kill, but try to keep your distance. If it's chasing you, try to trick it into running into a bomb. At 50% it will split into two smaller fallen who have the same attacks. Piercing shots will make 'phase 2' faster, theoretically.
Headless Horseman: Very rare boss, can appear anywhere. Consists of a body on a toy pony and a floating head. Piercing shots will make it somewhat faster. The head can and will do the offscreen charge at you as well as shooting a 3-bullet spread at you. The body will leave behind floor goo (it hurts!) and shoot goo bombs at you. Can be fairly challenging.
Famine: Summons the bee enemies and charges at you if you are in a straight (horizontal) line from it. Don't let the adds build up! At around 30% health the body will explode, leaving the head which will merely shoot a 3 bullet spread at you. Keep your distance.
Pestilence: Summons Chargers (like Chub) and shoots goo bombs at you. At around 30% it's head will explode and will instead summon attack flies (can still shoot goo bombs). Keep your distance since it leaves goo on the ground, as well. Piercing shots can be helpful here.
War: A jack of all trades, really. Can do an eight way bullet spread, off-screen charge AND summon bombs (it will jump off-screen during). Once reduced to 30% it will chase you around the room at high speed, though damage may cause him to stop moving for a few seconds.
Death: Summons either 2 or 4 scythes which it will throw at you. Can also use the Hourglass item to cut your speed in half. At 50% the head and body will split with the body constantly charge off and on the screen. The head will not attack directly but summon knights to aid it. Well-timed bombs and piercing shots are a big help.
Steven: Acts just like Gemini, except the two entities explode into bullets when they die.
C.H.A.D.: Acts like Chub, except the more damage it takes, the faster it moves. Also summons the flashing explosive insects instead of the charging grubs.
Gish: Shoots goo bombs at you that leave slowing goo on the ground, also summons Gish Jr.'s every two leaps. No other attacks. Has a lot of health, however.
Hope this helps!
I just treat peep like I treat monstro. Fire constantly and keep a bit of distance. Never really had trouble with the eyes since there is only ever two of them.
Gurdy can be a bitch if you let the polyps and flys he summons get out of hand. It feels really good when you have just the right powers to take him down fast.
Spread shots seem to be the worst for me. And if I get speed up items I notice I get worse on positioning just right between them :S
I think most of them time now Im more likely to die to a room full of baddies then the end bosses.

As people have probably guessed, boss strats (hell, even room strats) change a lot if you get Dr. Fetus. I've gotten good enough now with it that I just chuck bombs around automatically while focusing on avoiding return fire.
Helps that it does so much damage to basically everything, though.

No, I just keep trying until I get Dr. Fetus. Since the only thing I have left is Mama's Boy, I'm stacking the deck, so to speak.
Got close, again, and one again I found a room with 4 bullet spam enemies and 4 chasing enemies all -right there- and no way to avoid any of it. Doesn't help that there are always like 8+ rooms between the start and the boss in the Womb 1/2.

Spelunker Boy down! That just leaves Mama's Boy (No Damage Taken in the Womb) and I'll have all 63 'secrets!'
I decided to fuck around and drop my hearts to one just to see if I could push myself on Satan. As you can see, it did not end well. For him.
Once again, I. fucking. love. Dr. Fetus.

Also finding Brimstone in a devil shop on floor 2.
I have a battery-powered yum heart, four regular hearts, and 7 and a half soul hearts at Caves I, although I can't find enough keys
now watch me get absolutely no devil rooms
all I had to do was not die.
now peep, he's a different story
I got her to half health, I had tons of bombs and a tarot card I didn't even get to use
I'm starting to think magdalene is my preferred character
Fuck you game.
Peep is pretty easy, actually.
partially making up for not giving me any bombs or keys by giving me lots of health and a devil room with brother bobby and sister maggy.
whaaaaaaaat
