I believe this is what DWM is referring to.
Grant County authorities have accused a 6-year-old boy of first-degree sexual assault of a child for allegedly playing “doctor” with a 5-year-old girl in September.

The case, which is plowing new legal ground in Wisconsin, calls into question when a child’s act can be considered criminal — particularly when it involves behavior some experts say is normal for children that age — and who makes that determination.

Under state law, the boy is too young to be charged with a crime or in a juvenile delinquency petition, the equivalent of a criminal complaint for juveniles. Instead, prosecutors have included the allegations in a petition seeking protection or services for the boy. Such petitions are typically used by parents or authorities to identify children under 10 who need services to change inappropriate behavior.

If a judge finds the boy committed a delinquent act, the court can order that he and his family receive services such as counseling or other treatment.

The best thing that ever happened at my high school was when two guys (neither of whom I knew) were talking shit and things escalated into them arranging a time and place for something far, far better than a fight. The whole arrangement spread by word of mouth, miraculously everyone kept it from getting out to the teachers, and so what must have been 250 people convened in one of the locker rooms in the middle of an off period (during which pretty much everyone there was supposed to be in class) to see who could drink the most milk

they both puked and it got called as a draw, but the memories will live on forever

A second petition accusing the boy of disorderly conduct alleges that last summer he repeatedly grabbed the breasts of two teenage baby sitters, took off his clothes and rubbed himself on their legs and tried to kiss them.

if 'playing doctor' consisted of sexual acts this inappropriate than its possibly learned behavior, which means he may have been molested, which would make an investigation completely logical

That's pretty messed up if true but I don't really think accusing the child of anything is going to help. He needs counseling ( and probably will for life ) and obviously the parents need to be investigated.

The story about the kid defending himself by giving his assailant a nut-punt is ridiculous.

I fought a bully when I was 13. I issued him a verbal warning first and then a formal challenge and then punched him repeatedly until he fell down and his teammate told him to stay on the ground and to apologize for the years of shit he gave me that lead to that triumphant moment.

After that as far as I was concerned we were square. I walked away with a lot more confidence in myself and left behind my previous life as a timid doormat.

This is my best fighting story. I've told it in better detail many times before.

    wow that's utter bullshit

it's determined by child psychologists and child mental health practitioners, who all say this sort of behaviour is completely normal for kids that age and is in fact a useful step them developing a healthy attitude towards sex

Considering who the parents are and their alleged relationship with the DA it actually seems much more political and sinister.

My dad ran against a dude on the school board for Deputy Mayor and won. I was five. After the school board guy lost they would pull me out of class everyday into the main office and beat me with paddles.

Yeah, since I was fucking five I thought that I was just always in really bad trouble so it took forever before I said something to my parents. I got pulled out of school to be home schooled after 2nd grade, then another lady who I guess was city council or some shit came over one night and was saying threatening stuff to my parents, she even grabbed me by the throat at one point and my dad threw her out of the house. Remember a cop coming over to the house once, then my dad joined the army and we got the fuck out of there and went to Germany.

If we're going to pin stupid (in the case of minors who are minors among minors) legal terms onto things that occurred in this instance, how about charging the bully with aggravated assault? That at least makes more sense then said bully getting kicked in the groin being sexual fucking harassment.
