No, no! I had this, too, but a post on their forums says its just a weird glitchy thing. Here's what you do to see if you are registered:

Go to My Account
Click Code Redemption on the right side
At the bottom it has your history. If your history shows the following:

Well, EA, I tried to buy it, but apparently you're not interested in taking my money. Congratulations on having a janky-ass website.

On the positive side I suppose I can consider myself $60 richer for the time being and perhaps also a bit less at risk for vegging out and generally wasting my life beyond the staggering extent that I already do.

This whole early access in waves thing is going to ruin it for me, I can tell. Every other MMO I've played I've stopped because I don't know anyone in my level range that I can consistently play with and who wants to solo a multiplayer game? Not me.

Dude it is literally within a 3-day timespan

you are freaking out that everyone is going to outlevel you because some people started 48 hours before the last group five days before the game even officially releases

oh hey are there actual bonuses for being a certain race now? Like in beta it didn't matter what race you were, no plus or minus except looks. I was hoping they would fix that because some would be better with Force stuff and other with weapons and other with speech from race descriptions
