The rest of the AFC needs to get it's shit together.
It's mostly been New England and Pittsburgh over the last decade.

all i'm saying is that after the HILARIOUS red sox collapse, i feel they have probably got enough egg on their face and i won't be too peeved if they win. i'm still rooting for the gints though

With an injured Gronk I say this is the Giants game to lose. They're better at enough positions where I feel there's no excuse to getting straight up Brady'd to death.
if the giants can shut down rodgers they can shut down brady, and the patriots don't have anywhere near san frans defense
With all due respect to the NY defensive line, the GB offensive line is what shuts down Rodgers.

Oh, SenorAmor, you are consistently awful.
Anyway, Herm Edwards just now on SportsNation (which I am watching because I am so bored and Beadle is hot) as Tyler Thigpen is shown getting hit in the helmet with a football "I had him down in Kansas City! That's why I'm here now!"
I'm pretty sure the fact that you're an awful coach has more to do with why you're on ESPN than Tyler Thigpen did.
I'm already getting antsy and worked up over this.
Can't wait for Sunday.
I've been staying calm and patient. Really limiting how much pregame hype I watch. I've seen a handful of player interviews and a little bit of analysis and that's it.

i've been on pretty much a complete sports media blackout since the conference championship
i skim headlines to make sure gronk's ankle hasn't fallen off but other than that nothing

Niners got approved for $200 Million loan from the NFL today for their new stadium in Santa Clara. Jed York said the stadium could open as early as 2014 but definitely by 2015. As for sharing with the Raiders, they said they won a vote by the city of Santa Clara to allow for a 2nd team in the stadium but he "cannot speak for an entire other organization"
Doctors cleared peyton manning to play according to espn.
They cleared him to be healthy enough to take the field but that doesn't have anything to do with his arm being ready
Tebow is planning to heal him completely on Sunday after he feeds the entire crowd at Lucas Oil Stadium with a tray of nachos, two hotdogs, and one Miller Light aluminum pint.

haven't the loozahs from boston suffered enough
they can never suffer enough

Then again the last go round was, what, 17-13? Who fucking knows.

So terrible.
That playoff game against the colts was fantastic.
"Hmm... welp. It hasn't work yet, but let's run LJ up the middle for the 40th time."
The GB o-line is terrible. I have no idea how two of them made it to the Pro Bowl.
It really is one of the best cartoons on tv today; perhaps of all time.
Of all time!

I don't know if I'd say they're terrible. Aggressively mediocre, maybe, but they were waaaaaaay worse a couple years back.
To be honest I think you can lay that loss at the feet of the stone handed recievers
I haven't really heard shit about our next OC. Brian Daboll's name was mentioned, and I'll be really god damn angry if they hire him.
I kinda think they want to talk to someone on the Pats or the Giants since the search has been taking so long.
edit: Either that or nobody wants to get hamstrung with Matt Cassel.
This says Tom Brady is more charming off the field
I've only seen one interview with him but he seemed super fake. Annoyingly so

1) Panthers are an NFC team, so I always root for the NFC team in the Superbowl.
2) Fuck the Patriots, we will have our revenge!
plus they beat them in november and that was without bradshaw
kinda tempted to go with the giants
Time to change the channel.
The real question is whether or not Brady's receivers will drop nearly a 1/3rd of his passes, most of which would be for first downs.
I don't think that'll happen.

Secret Satan 2013 Wishlist
Dear God, pick Saunders for fucks sake.
using 40 hours of television air time to get cable companies to pay for 24/7/365 access to a channel that is 99% reruns and NFL advertisements
They probably make more money on the network from the slow drip from cable companies, than they would if they just made the games $50 pay-per-views
