I'm gonna be honest. I knew this wasn't real... but I thought you were posting something about the movie UP and wanted to see it anyway. It was neither. I am very disappointed in you.
Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if Labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. - Lincoln

Well I'm done with the thing I was doing, so I'll just turn in what I have
mage of void in the land of something and something, probably darkness
it's a planet that's 95% forests and lakes and 5% small, very tightly-packed cities
apparently I'm a generous realist, which sounds almost like a contradiction but that fits in with everything else I've done
so since it's somehow a bright dark place I've decided that in the light of day everything is boring, bland, and businesslike, but at night the whole place has the same aesthetic as the black velvet level in psychonauts
forests, cities, even the lakes
all tacky bright colors on black
or that's the way things are supposed to be
the problem is that the planet has become stuck on night, the forests and roads have gone completely dark and spooky and it's slowly spreading into the cities
this coincidentally(?) happened during the festival of the indigenous celebration, which, since it was scheduled to run from dusk until dawn, and since consorts are kinda stupid, is still going on
but it's slowly becoming more desperate and feverish as they increasingly try to distract themselves from the knowledge that something's very wrong, but in the end they're drawn to the dark like moths and when they go in they never come back out
since my myers-briggs results can vary wildly I've decided my quest was to have been protecting the consorts by venturing into the unnatural dark and bringing back the regular day/night cycle, or something
or that's what should have happened, of course in the thread rp scenario I have gone off my rocker and presumably abandoned my quest, so at this point I imagine entire cities have been consumed and the forests are full of the prone bodies of unconscious consorts (spoiler it turns out that since they've never experienced true darkness it drives them batty and eventually catatonic [profuse apologies to Dr. Asimov]), and in the cities that are left they're like, I dunno, partying themselves to death or something.
yep
I am going to go outside now.
EDIT: there that's better
If you have all that land you should be able to figure out what your land is of without too much trouble.
would it surprise you to learn that I have a particular difficulty thinking of names
oh my god if they end the phalla in a fucking tie when they have the potential to win it I'm going to be furious
Yep. I can't believe there exists a person, let alone two, who thinks this is the correct way to end a 71-player game.

WK is currently a literal chess piece. He can't hold squat.
I've always assumed that bit was a visual metaphor
Also I thought he was just a bulky white dude until the staff was upgraded with attributes from the players, like the queen.
But I suppose it could be a literal visual.
It's actually a rendering issue based on draw distance. In much the same way that player sprites lack arms, Carapace Kings look exactly like plastic chess pieces from more than 40 metres away. You can see all his prototypings from 30 metres, but they're pixellated and the anti-ailasing is crappy.

For the record, I think it's a totally punk way to go out and a real bitch move to the person running the game.

it's a fitting end for our village

33% chance to win on a tie.

this has the potential to be so exciting! god if they toss it away just
ugh
everything we worked for
our sacrifices were in vain
yeah but either villager KNOWS they're not the mafia, so they have a 50% chance to win in the vote!
edit: whoops over 500k I fixed it though
just
god daaaaaaaaaaaamn
Actually, no. Each villager has to choose correctly. It's two flips with a 50% chance to hit, if either one misses then the mafia wins.
If they all agree on a tie, it's a 33% chance to win, as opposed to two 50% chances, which is statistically similar to 25%.
good work keep up the good work and draws
