Hey all I'm looking for an inexpensive touch screen monitor compatible with OSX. I see a few multitouch that are in the $300-400 range, but reviews for OSX leave it as "eh doesn't really work, or doesn't really work too well without the stylus" and elo touch screens get good reviews but only on the original touchscreen line, which is super pricey apparently.
