Yeah that's the Rosenberg tanks. I guess we could devour them as long as nobody is around to see...

Does it require power to devour?

Not as far as I know.

Aren't the cookers out of range of the secondary battery? 3 Plasma shots at TIM so!

I vote to not kill our own security teams with our plasma cannons.

The Infinity Machine is destroyed, as are both of the Ghetties. There is some more molten uranium, marked as before, on the road ahead.

    Options:

    - Spend 1power to open a channel with any radar contact.

    - Spend 1 power to move forward 1 space.

    - Spend 1 power to disintegrate the low performance vehicle, converting it into Alloy Sheets & Engine Components.

    - Spend up to 4 power to disintegrate some or all of The Infinity Machine and collect the useful stuff (each power spent will remove 1 'I' icon from the radar. You can specify which ones you want to grab if you don't want them all.

    - Deploy a security team in the low performance vehicle (moves 1 space/turn) to investigate Steiner Petroleum or investigate Kincaid Rail

    Historical Exposition:

You may vote to read the historical data for any one of the following keywords (does not require any power):

    - Big Ghetty

    - Cherry Motors

    - Financial Crisis of 2047

    - Food Chain Collapse of 2051

    - Tobias Technologies Company

    - Hyper-Dense Steel

    - Rosenberg-Class Main Battletank

    - Zetta Wolfram

    - Toggoth

So what's everyone's thoughts on our next stop?

I am thinking admin just because we wouldnt need to clean up the mess up north and the rail yard doesn't sound that great.

I don't know, reading about the railyards they seem like an ideal place to stock up on goods. It may not necessarily be ammunition, but if we can get stuff to build an APC for our tactical or security teams, it might be worth it.

  • SnicketysnickSnicketysnick The Greatest Hype Man in WesterosRegistered User regular
Yeah, the railyard seems like a good bet.

If fallout games have taught be anything, train stations are full of useful things. Also lots of tin cans.

Come to think of it, making an APC out of a reclaimed freight car sounds amazing.

Well we haven't been given an option to suss out administration, radar contact behind TIMs wreck there. Don't forget we have uranium slag to clean up again.

I still think we should honour the agreement that Hemmingway-9 proposed to us. If we do, we can drop off a security team at kincaid rail while passing by. Also, since we've had Cooks coming from that direction I'm sure we'll get to blow up some neat things.

Sure, but there's no reason not to check out steiner petroleum while we are at it.

I noticed the Gun parts weren't added to the High Value Materiel section, and speaking of which, will we be able to manufacture something with this stuff or perhaps upgrade/repair ourselves should it be needed?

Whoops; added the Heavy Guns. I also went ahead and sorted the list of high value stuff alphabetically.

You guys will be able to use the junk to make things by using Tech teams to download schematics from different buildings that you explore.

Er, well I guess we better stay put.

EDIT: Confirms that suggesting Rogers move behind us is a good idea. Don't want them getting all caught up in that mess.

Uh, will it stop rolling at any point? or will it just tumble forever until something gets in the way?

It will continue forward until it hit something or it rolls off of the map.

You can always shoot it, of course.

Now that we have some ammunition... maybe we should shoot the roller? I mean, I'd rather not have a pool of uranium slag at my front door...

Stop it with a nice wall of lead...

Combat Orders: (1 DU penetrator round at inbound Ghetty Cooker*)
    Movement: (Standby)
Communications: (General Magnum (Grant Request, inform of loss of Hemmingway-9))(Colonel Rogers (Suggest dock with EAK to move behind EAK for safety and civilian escort, offer condolences for loss of Hemmingway-9 and casualties sustained))(Civilian Bus (Request Crew Volunteers))

    History Lesson: (Rosenberg Class Tank)

*If the secondary battery is "free" then I'd fire that rather that consuming ammo, but I can't remember if it is.

Deploying Security teams into a potential explosion seems..inefficient.. so would be best to keep 'em on standby, at least until the road is clear of hostiles.

Please little shell, whatever you do, don't hit the bloody molten uranium storage tank.

  • wiltingwilting I had fun once and it was awful Registered User regular
The Eater of Kings needs some kind of automated molten uranium hoover upgrade.
