Well, where in Argentina are you staying? Do you have a budget? How long do you want this course to be?

You may try to get a hold of the language through self study courses before you actually go to your final destination, see if one of the universities close to you offer courses or if you can find a Spanish Tutor that could work individual classes with you.

Your best option is to actually ask once you are in Argentina for a reputable institute or school that specializes in teaching to foreigners, perhaps even some colleges there.

Hear my warnings, unbelievers. We have raised altars in this land so that we may sacrifice you to our gods. There is no hope in opposing the inevitable. Put down your arms, unbelievers, and bow before the forces of Chaos!

I asked my many Argentinian friends (all of them translators), and one of them linked me this: http://www.idiomas.filo.uba.ar/content/español-para-extranjeros
Roll down for English. I personally think that this is a great idea, you'll learn a billion times more and faster if you're over there. And Argentina is fucking awesome. I love Buenos Aires. Great food, great drinking, good looking people, and everything is ridiculously cheap.

Edit: Also, they know some private teachers in Rosario too. I'll update this post if they come up with anything else.

In Argentina I met a very good Spanish school called AMAUTA SPANISH SCHOOL, teachers teach very well, are friendly and fun, you can also choose classes individules or group and classes are very dynamic, I recommend that is a good place for you to Learn Spanish.
