I'm quite happy to meet everyone at the station, whenever. I won't be driving, as the city centre is a pain to drive around, but as Tayrun says, it's not far (not even as much as 20 mins from the station to the pub, I'd say). Obviously no-one else needs to bring the game along (although if there are any other games you'd like to, go ahead!)
We should probably exchange phone numbers and names at some point by PM?
Cerberus, Belfast, do you want a lift to Reading at the end of the day?
Tayrun, I think it's four of us at the moment, though I might be able to rustle up a fifth person if we want to do the full Horned Rat experience.

A lift isnt that great for me as I'll get a return train journey so its actually cheaper to go from Oxford. Thanks for the offer though, thats cool of you.

Cerbs: Depends on how inhibited I'm feeling. Half a pint and I'm the same as I am on here. I play The Resistance the same in person as I'm playing it on here, for reference. Constant stream of confusing bullshit.

I tend to walk as fast as possible most of the time, I'm very impatient in trying to get here to there; I suppose that I should take more of a whimsical approach like yours and occasionally stop to smell the flowers by the wayside...
I think we were planning on playing as much Chaos as we could, since most of us don't get a chance to play it in RL, at least with people who are similarly obsessed. But some filler games can't hurt, if we're there for long enough (how are long are people planning on staying?). Just bought Bohnanza this weekend gone, as a matter of fact, so no worries on that score!

Yeah absolutely! I'm happy to play Chaos all day, but I'll bring a few things along as filler. I'll need to bring them anyway - I'll be heading from Oxford to visit friends in London who'll want to play!
I'll be there all day, staying in Oxford overnight, or at least leaving _very_ late after the rest of you disappear.
Realistically the last train that I want to get back is around 8ish
That means with travelling to the pub and back we have about 8 hours of play time, minus some food time. Enough for a few games of base and expansion and a few other things I imagine.
I'll send out a PM now, regarding real names and phone stuff. Because it'll take seconds and you two are lazy
For reals I've been wearing the same clothes for eight days now because: 1) my wardrobe is just FAR too far a walk, 2) my girlfriend is away so I can really let myself go.
Also does anyone have a good camera and willing to post them up online somewhere, if so I'll write a review of the day. My camera has died otherwise I'd do pics too.

Have we decided on times? Coz I'm easy with whatever o'clock. I will not be requiring a lift to Reading, it's only 2 trains for me which is about 20% of the amount of transport I'm used to.
He's not particularly interested, it seems. He has some home brew that's ready that weekend as well, so it's likely he'll be consuming that.

Fair enough. I have asked a fellow gamer here if he'd fancy joining us; he's only played Chaos a couple of times, but seemed to enjoy it. I'll let you know once he's confirmed, he thinks he's free then but isn't 100% certain.
