Trying to find a utility for viewing binary data as an image....

I know this utility exists as I used it many many moons ago. I'm looking for a program that you feed it raw binary data, and then give a length, width, and colordepth and it will render a picture based on that data. Anyone have any idea where to look for something like that
For example:
Have 64 megabyes of aw binary data
I give feed the program 1024 as the width, 8192 as the hight, and 8 as the bitdepth, and it will load my data as a greyscale picture as 1024x8192x8bpp picture so I can see the data visualized inside...
