My brother has requested for a Christmas present a map of the United States weighted by electoral district. I am positive I've seen such a map, including multiple times on this very forum. I'm now unable to find it.
The map looks something like this:
...except "nicer" and in a high enough resolution to be printed as a poster.
The map I'm thinking of may even have been in the XKCD-style, with the squares hand-drawn and just all-around more snazzy-looking. Maybe I saw it on FiveThirtyEight? Maybe on CNN.com? I feel like I've looked everywhere, but GIS is failing me and I just know this map exists.
Any help?
