How a hero exist in the time of tribulation; Can a hero strongly?
In our pop culture, and particularly reference based online culture wherein people may invoke X person as a humorous example of something (mainly through excessive or egotistical character traits readily apparent) it gets harder and harder to define a quantifiable hero. Who is the hero strongly? The One Who Didn't Get Covered In The Muck. The Great One Who Despised Bret Easton Ellis Novels?
Nowadays, I often find in online conversations that people will gravitate to say, an online list from Cracked detailing all these World War 2 guys. They're a hallmark in my renowned "A Dude Must War" meditations on war, and frankly, kinda part of a generation that is idolized a bit unrealistically with regard to the climate of America during and after the conflict.
Where are the modern heroes, the nutjobs and empathy filled honor beasts? The Anti-Ted Nugents. The selfless, and those not on CNN's Heroes featuring Will.I.Am? Who is a hero, who is your hero?
andrew ti of yoisthisracist fame is also probably a hero, are you just going by 'great well known person actively doing good for mankind' or like, someone who saved kids from bullets at the risk of her own life?

Sully Sullenberger is pretty boss
Dude kept his cool, saved a bunch of people's lives, and then afterward, when he was super famous, refused pretty much every interview or talk show request and went back to doing his job
As I remember, the only thing he actually got on TV and endorsed was the Children's Hospitals of America or some such, and did so in a really earnest way
So, yeah. He's a cool guy
Unless he did something really bad or dumb later, I have no idea, I am not abreast of current shenanigans and goings-on

im talking about the sick nasty heroes, who never hesitate to get ill
I think he eventually did the interview thing when he wrote a book, which I don't blame him for at all, because if you save a few hundred lives you are allowed to cash in a little.
There was that teacher lady in Newtown who hid her class in the closet and lied to the shooter about them being at the gym. Got herself killed for it, but the kids made it.

ah fuck thats tragic yet owns, that is the true heart of humanity
what if a dude is just like really really good at killing people. like there is no stopping him. but he's still a good dude who don't enjoy it or anything
but he is enlisted by the military. because he is so good at killing people and just getting shit done that the military and various agencies no longer have to deploy teams or squads or platoons or drone strikes
like, he is still an agent of death and war, but because he's sparing the lives of his country's troops and the lives of bystanders + anyone who is not his exact target could he be considered a hero or a good dude?

despite the entertaining plots, the call of duty series is a work of fiction, futore
I swear to god if that recruiter lied to me and I do not get an Avenged Sevenfold concert at the end of my deployment, I will take this war to the country I swore to protect and bring down the government that has betrayed me
I'm a Police Officer in Baltimore City. I am originally from Wilkes-Barre, and I am a fan of your organization and Pit Bulls. Today I received a call while on duty about a vicious dog chasing kids. When I came on the scene, I noticed people yelling out their windows at the dog. I followed the dog into an ally to see how it was acting. Going on my own approach, being a dog lover, I got out of my car and called the "vicious dog" over to me. The dog came over with it's tail between it's legs and panting. I grabbed my water bottle and the dog sat down next to me and began licking my pants. I started giving the dog water. I brought the dog over and waited for the pound to show up. My partner was not a fan of dogs and was startled by my approach. I suggested to him that this dog cannot be put down, and should be taken to a shelter. We took it upon ourselves to take the dog to the shelter, and transported it in the back seat in the back of our patrol car. Then I decided that I wanted to keep the dog, and spoke to the shelter about the steps to take to adopt it. The dog was originally kept outside and was filthy, and now it just might have a new home. I know you like positive pictures so I have attached a few. Have a great day and keep up the good work!

Constantly saving the world economy from the treacherous grasp of the guild of scarf-makers.
Someone be a hero and translate the op.
it's so outside the genre's normal themes that I'm finding it exceedingly difficult
