So I was sick last night, threw up about four times. When I woke up this morning I had red marks around my eyes and mouth which I'm assuming are broken blood vessels. How soon are these going to go away?

I had this when I got a kidney stone last year, (and was violently sick from the pain), especially in my eyes.

It cleared up in a few weeks.

    It looked like this.

I thought it was kinda cool cause I looked like a zombie.

I had those from puking way too hard, made me look like a raccoon. Went away after a few days, no as serious as a bruise really.

It is called petechiae and it isn't much to worry about. If you get it really bad, it can take a couple of weeks to go away. When you vomit, the blood rushes to your head and if you have a whole lot of force behind it you will pop blood vessels. You can do the same thing by holding your breath (or being strangled). I had it pretty bad last time it happened to me, my whole forehead and eyes eventually turned into what looked like a giant bruise after a few days. I was terrified every time I started to vomit that I would have an stroke or something.

Yes, that's right. Depending on the degree of hemorrhage, three days to a month, rarely more. If it's any consolation, you can track their progress in healing by color - red initially, followed by a blue-black, then a green-yellow, then it will fade from yellow to clear. This is because the hemoglobin within your red blood cells degrades in a step-by-step chemical process. Each step in the chemistry happens to have a different color, and stains your skin appropriately.
