It's time for the new professional wrestling thread and we all watch RAW so we can talk about how much we hate it. Fantasy booking is strongly recommended as it's fun and always better than reality.

The Rock and Alberto Del Rio are champions with Team Hell No (Kane & D-Bry) holding the tag team champions. Antonio Cesaro has the US Championship, and Wade Barrett is the Intercontinental Champion, but nobody really cares. Katelynn is the Divas champ and that's all that needs to be said about that.

But the true purpose of this thread is to talk about how awesome Pro Wrestling Guerrilla is and always will be.

For size and handsomeness

Adam Cole is their champ and the Young Bucks are the tag team champions and any of their shows is well worth ordering. If you don't believe me watch this preview video for the show Threemendous III

There are other good indies you should watch too like Chikara, Ring of Honor, Evolve, Dragongate USA, and Championship Wrestling Federation. The last of which has a show you can watch here http://www.hollywoodwrestling.com/ RoH has a TV show too, but they're site is stupid and makes it hard to watch.

Also they wrestle in Japan and they like to hit each other hard and drop each other on their heads and it's pretty awesome. New Japan Pro Wrestling is the biggest promotion over there with AJPW and NOAH being sad shadows of what they used to be. Dragongate and DDT are pretty great as well though so watch them. NJPW is doing iPPVs every once in a while which are worth watching.

Also there's a promotion called TNA that we like to make fun of a lot. They have a bunch of good wrestlers, but only occasionally let them do something good. Their shining highlight is always Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian).

So, this Cena calling out the Shield sure turned into Maddox be some pointless sacrificial lamb very quickly so that Cena can use strength in numbers tactics.

That was a really good episode of RAW. They've been doing a good job after the bummer that was the results of Royal Rumble.

I expect if it's another 3 on 3 involving Shield at a PPV, that shield will lose. It will probably result in another Nexus type thing where they lose but keep going as if their some type of threat without actually being a threat.

Shield are really the Undertaker divided into 3 separate entities. When all 3 are in the EC match at once, the lights go out, you see lightning, and Undertaker is left there as the conscience of the WWE.

I didn't watch it but was the ATL crowd terrible AGAIN? Reading the results the show sounded OK but did they really need to have all their champs job on one show?

And if the Shield get treated like bitches at EC then I'm done with this company after Mania.

It was competitive in the sense that it took 3 finishers (2 clotheslines and his suplex) to put Cesaro away.

The saddest thing about the Shield match at EC is that I expect WWE to have them lose. I know you can look good while losing but all 3 guys have so much momentum right now to throw it away with a pointless defeat.

Del Rio both beat Cody Rhodes and knocked out the Big Show at the Hotel.
Daniel Bryan beat Rey Mysterio.
The People's Champion CM Punk beat Jericho.
Should have gone to push Bo Dallas and Barrett more instead of Barrett losing to Orton.
Cesaro lost to Ryback but made it look like Ryback actually had to try to win.
Kane losing to Shaemus is okay as it actually forwards the D-Bry/Kane feudishthing. Are they that much more dysfunctional now than when they started?
There was no Diva's match. Worth pointing out because everyone wins.

The crowd was fucking awesome during the Jericho/Punk match though. The dueling chant at the beginning of the match was phenomenally loud.

Just watched Raw, the good stuff was really good but the rest of it was really bleh. I greatly appreciated Maddox getting more promo time though.

Random wrestler fact I stumbled upon tonight. Apparently Rey Mysterio has an uncredited stunt work in the movie Freddy vs. Jason. He apparently was a Freddy stunt double when he jumps out of the lake and when Freddy leaps up the pipes. Not one of those did you know type things you expect to stumble across on TVtropes while looking at a horror movie.
