I joined a gym last week and have been going for an hour a day, this in addition to cutting red meat out of my diet (though that happened a few weeks ago)
And Giant Bomb, particularly Jeff, is the reason why
Those stories he told about take-out restaurants already knowing his order every time, and a pizza delivery guy that was there frequently enough to leave Jeff a note letting him know he had changed businesses?
Yeah, well, I realized the last few times I'd gotten pizza that they basically knew my order by heart and knew exactly which order to pull when I walked in
That might just be amazing customer service, or it might be that hey, I eat really badly way too often
I really enjoyed Jeff's moment talking about his weight and struggles with losing it on one of the Jar Time videos. I felt for the dude, I lost a lot of weight at the very end of high school but up until then it was hell and even as a young kid I struggled to do anything. Luckily, unlike Jeff, I'm fortunate enough to not suffer intense-exercise-related asthma. God that would suck to have.
