Well looking around currently, although I wont be buying things for a couple months (hopefully prices will change) im stuck between gettign new parts for my computer, or a laptop.

Computer Upgrade;

OCZ GameXStream 600w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Power Supply
EVGA nForce 680 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.86GHz (1066FSB)
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-8500 1066MHz SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel DDR2
BFG GeForce 7950 GT OC 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

Total : £1,112.58

So thats going to be 4Gig of ram and two 7950 GT's

i'll be considering higher spec items if the prices fall decently enough.

Laptop;

http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/jsp/productPage.do?service=UK&PRODUCT_ID=122005&toshibaShop=true#0

Tablet PC jobbie, really tempting me and will cost around £1200 coming from a site that isnt Toshiba.

Any reccomendations or advice?

    Don't bother with SLI. And you shouldn't spending that much money for anything less than one of the new DirectX 10 cards, the Geforce 7s are old now...

    You'll probably want to stick more ram in that laptop, plus the hard drive isn't massive. My experience of tablets has been that the screens are dire and you may as well just buy a proper laptop, as that's all you'll use it as anyway, but they might have improved recently.
