You've not even SEEN what's yet to come! It's something new and exciting! What, did Celestia really deposit this pony she had governed for years amongst a group of her equals to do nothing more than run an abandoned library???
What have you seen Andy? Tell me your secrets....
Excitement levels have doubled, season 4 needs to come out sooner!
And yet there are still jackasses responding to his journal entry giving him crap over it.
I'm really rather surprised people didn't like issue #11, as a child of the 80s I thought it was utterly fantastic.
Friends Forever will be the same format as the Micro-series. Rotating creative team, done-in-one stories. You'll see some new Pony creators, like Alex and Carla, but also many returning people/creative teams.
Stories have been greenlit featuring all of the Mane 6, Luna, Celestia, Spike, and the Crusaders. And MORE! Expect to see important secondary characters like Zecora, Trixie, Discord and more! (because i'll get the question: no stories planned for what would be considered 'background ponies'. I remain skeptical of them holding an entire story, but hey— doesn't mean we CAN"T do it, if the right story comes)
Some stories will feature two of the mane 6, like #1, others will see one mane 6 with one supporting character, and others still will be JUST supporting characters. So there's pretty much endless potential. I'm excited, it will be a lot fun with lots of storytelling potential.
Okay, so apparently an Alicorn Fluttershy toy has turned up:
It could be a fake or something, but since I distinctly remember everyone laughing at that cardboard cutout of Alicorn Twi, I'm giving it more of a benefit of the doubt.
I became a lifelong fan of Andy Price during DragonCon this year when he was asked at the MLP panel what he thought of fans sexualizing the show, which he responded with "It's absolutely despicable" or something to that effect.

I'm surprised he didn't go along the lines of: "Get out."

The question was asked with a surprising amount of decorum if I remember.

Oh I'm sure. He's representing a companys IP, he has to keep his cool. Like how some jerk asked the same question to VA's at a con. Kept their posture, answered his question and moved on to the next.
Eh, a lot of creators get asked about rule 34 of their work. It's not inherently creepy to ask, although you could definitely come up with better questions than that.
It's also really stupid to ask any creator who is working under a company and with a big franchise. Any person with a lick of sense is going to say "It's awful." and move on, because it's not worth drawing the ire of Hasbro and risking your job to joke around with that.
That could actually be a really cool story. Twilight unable to cope with the loss of her friends and trying any means necessary to get them back and fall from the path in the process. I mean, kinda cliche at this point, but it's still an interesting idea.

Twi probably finds it weirder than we do.

Bonus tweet:
No, but baiting rabid fans is hella funny.
Well that's just funny as hell.
Doesn't mean we have to like it.
Finally, the best pony gets the recognition she deserves.

I loved the delicious ambiguity of "Twilight will not outlive her friends".

All dependent on the strength of their bonds.

This seems more reasonable, plus you get Nightmare Moon!
Damn it, Hasbro. You used to be cool.
Forgot about that one.
