We need to be wary about attacking the Cantabri (I think? The horse-shaped guys in northern spain) because aren't they allied with Carthage? If we're not careful we could end up on the wrong side of a massive alliance, especially if Carthage pulls Libya and Nova Carthago along for the ride.

... I'm pretty sure they've got a defensive alliance or non-aggression pact with us.

Elvenshae is correct, Carthage recently signed a non-aggression pact with us. However, I believe they are closer allies with the Cantabri. It is unknown at this point how our relations would be affected if we were to march down the Iberian peninsula.

Also, my week has become silly busy. I'll try to update this when I can either this weekend or next week.

Is your Druid doing anything interesting / available?

I don't think I can harm the game much wandering around wildshaping and summoning elementals. That was what historical Druids did, right?

Druids here are more into the whole "converting heathens to the one true faith thing". We have one or two Druid spots open, in addition to all the others available. (Council/army/minister)

That's never stopped the AI in games like this before!
