    well, it looks like i might be replacing Garchomp on my team for Kangaskhan, because you can chain breed circle throw onto it (IE: fighting type Dragon Tail). because nothing says "ha-ha!" like getting repeatedly thrown out of combat.

    -Power UP Punch (when mega-evolved it acts like a sword dance, but with damage)
    -Circle Throw (dragon tail-esque move, hazes an enemy and throws a new 'mon onto entry hazards)
    -Earthquake (coverage)
    -Sucker Punch/Crunch (stupid Ghosts)

    Hmm, I wonder. Does pokemon load a friend list dynamically or does the software/hardware need restarting upon new friends exchanging FCs.

    Also, that's a point, nobody shows up in the friends row, either bright or dark (offline), I wonder if I've fucked up a setting somewhere. :/

    Try a full restart? I have you on my main 3DS friends list as "online" but you're not showing up in the friends list on pokemon's pss screen.

    unless you get lucky and get a good shiny. my friend got a shiny ponyta the other day with 4 perfect IVs. he was on the verge of tears.

    Earthquake: You need Surf, Waterfall & Strength. Go down the waterfall and keep exploring down south pass the cave of emptyness.
    Stone Edge: Need watrerfall, surf down the one outside of the Cavern itself and go right, you'll find it.

    I just found out that clicking the disc-shaped icon on the Pokémon menu automatically prompts any HMs or usable moves without having to click on "Use a move."

    So I received what I think (going by the IV calculator in the OP) a 3 x perfect IV ditto from wonder trade. Wandering the pokemon village has produced, i think 1 ditto with a single good IV. It amde me think i should probably figure out what the hell I want my team to be.

    Random online battles (1's) are just 3 pokemon correct? While doubles are 6?

    Random online battle are 3v3 for singles, and 4v4 for doubles. But for friend battles, you can do 6v6.

    If you're playing with one of the rulesets with limitations, I'm pretty sure doubles are four Pokémon.

    I can't even remember if the Battlespot ranked battle is full party of 6 or just 3.

    So I downloaded an IV Calc app on my phone, punched in one of my dittos stats (sp.a and spd perfect IV) and the app differed from judges results, now im paranoid.

    Also is there something special about the 21-30 level range that a ton of people on GTS are asking for that? Seemed odd. I thought the friend safari stuff was 50+, which if it is then they are ruling out the ppokemon that are easiest to get good stats?

    Level 30 dittos are actually pretty easy to tell if the stat is 43 it's perfect. 47 is perfect if it's got that nature. It only gets hard when you don't see either of those numbers because the nature is lowering one of its perfect stats to 38 and bumbing another to 42 or 44. Their perfect HP is 78 I believe.
