OLD THREAD: Don't post 'til you see the whites of their Steam sales!
Do they just leave a few of yesterday's deals on the main block even after their daily discounts are gone? Arkham Origins is there at full price, at ETS2 at $19 when I think it was like $6 yesterday.
Also guys why does no one own risk of rain? I want to play it but it feels so bad like it should be a co-op game.
Personally, after Rogue Legacy I'm wary of more roguelikes for now.
Risk of Rain is a lot more like Binding of Isaac than Rogue Legacy. Still, the roguelike genre (or at least, games with roguelike elements) is pretty saturated these days.

Okay, so if I paid below the average for the WB bundle and would now like to pay the difference in order to get the above average games, can I do that? Or do I have to buy it all over again?
Edit: Figured it out, nevermind!

I remember someone was seriously championing the game in chat a long time ago, so I fired up the demo.
I liked it, but I'm an explorer, and I take my sweet time doing anything in a videogame, so the "more/tougher enemies spawn the longer you play" mechanic wasn't really for me.

My workload has been an absolute beast for the past several months! I miss having the time read these forums. I did manage to sew up Assassin's Creed: Revelations and Saint's Row IV.
SR4 had me grinning from ear to ear the entire time. So many parodies of video game trends form the last couple of years and some truly inspired (to me at any rate) movie references. Such a fun, fun time.

The answer is yes, paying the difference is ok, in case anyone was curious.
Also, as long as you beat the average at your time of purchase, you're good for the extra games when/if they are added. Everyone probably knows that by now, seeing as how there have been like a million billion of these bundles, and they all work the same, but it's probably worth repeating.

I liked FTL a lot, but everyone was super hype on RL and then I discovered I am really bad at it and it wasn't fun. I'll take a closer look at Risk of Rain later when its on sale and there have been more reviews.

Indie Love Promo at Green Man Gaming: you can choose between 3 different prices for each game. 100% of the profits go directly to the makers.
For example, for Anodyne you can choose between 1,99 €, 3,99 € and 7,99€. http://www.greenmangaming.com/indie-love-page-1/
Anyone want (need) F.E.A.R., Guardians of Middle-earth (+Guardians of Middle-earth: Smaug's Treasure DLC), Gotham City Impostors: Professional Kit or Mortal Kombat Kollection let me know and I'll send you the Humble Bundle link (individual codes for each game).
I kept the Batman Origins DLC for my self, I'm Batmankoff!
I'm this close to buying Pixeljunk Shooter despite already 100%'ing it on PS3 a while back. Wish they had combined the game with its sequel for the Steam release, like Pixeljunk Shooter: Complete or something. That would make the decision a bit easier.
Exactly what I was hoping for too. 100%'ed them both on PS3 and just not sure I want to make the purchase again.
Having the two bundled together would have sweetened the deal.
Hmm, so you need to set aside a block of time to play it. Thanks.
Actually, apparently there is a save feature. I found out about it after I completed the game. I guess if you press F9 it'll create a "postcard" and you can use that to load up where you left off.
Have Fear and Fear 3 leftover from the humble bundle if anyone wants them.
Clicked the rockpapershotgun PC review link, but I missed the joke since I'm on my ipad with no flash, what happens?
Polygon has a PS4 review that's a line animation with a blue background that draws the contours of the PS4. It's a bit weird and overdone for a console review.
RPS has an animation done in MSPaint or similar, regarding the PC. RPS's animation concludes with "PC still great" and a score of "10.5".
I spend half a year getting ready with reflexes and running, becoming an expert in intruigie and sword fighting. A whole month dedicated to driving Arrise's rebels back and in the end I'm undone by my lack of knowledge of poison.
Are...are there people badmouthing Rogue Legacy in here?
I can accept it may be too hard for some folks, but if someone thinks its a bad game, they need to go sit in a corner, alone, and ponder why they have no soul and hate good things.
Rogue Legacy was kinda dull and the sheer random factor in how much gold you got not lining up with how well it felt like you performed was frustrating.
Risk of Rain on the other hand doesn't have that mechanic at all so I don't even need to care.

I like a lot of Rogue Legacy's ideas but the hitbox for your character is terrible. I have a hard time getting past that.
edit: Risk of Rain is pretty fun and really amusing in coop. Mechanically speaking it's a much tighter game than Rogue Legacy.

I've never heard anyone talk about that game's length in a unit of time other than minutes.

I feel like Microsoft should install it by default with Windows instead of leaving it to install with every single game.
Not yet no.
