All proofs-of-donations must be posted by December 19th at 12:00pm EST

To submit proof, just take a screenshot of your confirmed order via Amazon or whichever vendor, to your local children's hospital. The Child's Play website has information on how to donate, and you can even make donations straight to Child's Play via paypal if you so desire.

Please notify @iolo and @CorriganX along with myself when posting proof of donation or else we might miss it!

Donate Responsibly. It does no good if your donation lands you on the street. Donating large sums to win the adoration of anonymous internet denizens is hardly what I would call a wise use of your money, and you should be doing it for the kids and not your ego. So please, donate within your means. Also, do not feel ashamed of your donation. It's silly to think that we're all in the same financial situation, and a lot of you have families to help provide for. That you can donate anything is really awesome, and every bit counts.

It must be reiterated that incentives you offer are binding. Renege on your offer, and terrible things will happen to you. Also, keep the goal realistic: a million dollars is not going to happen and offers will that goal will be ignored. I'm also going to highly recommend going to straw poll if your incentive involves letting the thread choose. Otherwise, you are highly unlikely to get consensus on anything. And don't forget to post the fruits of your labor in the thread! People might miss your LP's thread if you don't remind them here.

Quick FAQ

• Charity bundles count, but you must show how much went to Child's Play. You don't have to send everything to CP.
• Donations prior to December 1st, 2013 do not count. Not to diminish anyone's charity, but the goal is to get new donations, not have people looking up older ones!
• Totals are being tracked in USD, and converting currencies to that ahead of time is helpful to us.
• You may send me a PM of your proof if you wish to remain anonymous.

Going to take an early post to point out how i'll be willing to contribute to this.

If anyone donates more than $35 towards the cause and tags me in the donation post i'll add your name to the pot. Every few days i'll draw a name from the pot. They will have their choice of either making me LP 1-2 hours of a scary or bad game at a time, OR I will be willing to COOP along with any game we both own for up to 3 hours at a time.

Need someone to play Fear 3 with? I'll be your huckleberry. Want to beat the snot out of someone in SC2 or Dawn of War or blood bowl? I'm down. As many games as you want in the time provided.

Need someone to queue up with in LoL or Dota or something so you don't play alone? Lets do it.

Donate and don't want to play with me, or watch me play something? Thats fine, you can tell me to play with someone of your choosing. Really hate borderlands but always have that annoying friend who asks you to join him? I'll be your stand-in.

I'd love to do a video LP myself for the thread, but I've had a hell of a time with recording and editing in the past. That said, this is an awesome idea and I'm definitely in for a contribution. I'll see what I can swing and post the proof ASAP.

Go to the childs play page and look for the amazon link to donate an actual item to participating hospitals
