Someone on the forums did it I think, but I'm sure others had as well. They set up an artificial waterfall and by shining a laser on it in a particular sequence could make it look like the water was falling very slowly or even make it look like it was going backwards.
Just looking for the video really, but a brief description of how it works would be cool too.
