I think that you could change his Q execute to 6% of missing health, change the E slow to scale at 5% per level instead of 10% and change his passive so that it's 40% AS buff for 3 or 4 attacks in the next 5 seconds and remove the energy return.

Actually, I think that's how it should have been from the start. Grey screen, and stuff like towers have hum so they show up. Even wards have a hum but he'd have to be right next to those to see them (this is before the umpteenth time they redid wards) Everyone is in a state of permastealth unless they move or attack. The only problems are actual stealth characters whine, and brush becomes useless. It would have been something "different" and most of the mechanics were already implemented to make it work.
Take your robot yeti and monster and be happy.
