Help me with a birthday card

Dear SE++,

I am a sucker. Four years ago, when I first started dating my present girlfriend, I went out on a limb and started making cards for her whenever we had a special event - birthdays, christmas, valentines, whatever. The unfortunate side effect of this is that she now expects me to make her cards and has told me that if I ever stop doing so she will remove my balls.

Her birthday is coming up. I am having a difficult time thinking of anything cute or useful. I usually do something animal-themed or whatever, like last year I drew squirrels or some shit, I don't remember.

All I've thought of so far involves listing the anagrams I can come up with of Happy Birthday and drawing them, like Hippie Bath Yard.

Help me out.

    Aren't you giving her that frog piece. I would just make a frog type card just to match the present.

    Actually painting it at the moment. Something frog-related on the card would be good but I have no ideas.

    Smear your feces on a piece of paper and then mumble to her that you love her when you deliver it. That should save your balls but you may have to go inside with the fine young men in their clean white coats for a spell.
