I'm not sure why a villager would purposely aim to jump to another villager body - in that case why jump at all? Unless you're paired up with someone and using it as some kind of soft confirm - but it seems like that would take place through PMs

The empty vanilla body is useful as a landing spot for the wayward slug. If we could get a set of empty bodies instead of just one it would be even more useful.

I jumped into it at random, I imagine it started as unoccupied or the original occupant found somewhere better to go. But yeah the point is if someone has no body and can't communicate in order to find one that all they have to do is check the thread and see "hey so and so is available, let's give it a shot." Of course if there are multiple people in that situation they could bump one another out. This could all be for nothing though since we don't even know if someone is lacking a body. I don't think anyone was in that situation yesterday, right?

I stick with Sir Fab tonight too, for no better reason that he was in the run both days. Don't mean much till we nail at leas a mafia, but better than nothing.

Yeah, it would help the mafia, but as long as we dont have an exhaustive list. ( like 3 out of the 8 empty bodies) it only slightly helps them narrow down their targets.

Not really? Assuming there's someone without a body and further assuming that the mafia wants that person, specifically, to die permanently, then yeah they'd possibly know where to look. But that person is dying tonight if they don't find a body anyway. I mean obviously if that person planned ahead and has an alternate somehow yeah use that but otherwise this seems to me like a reasonable approach.

I mean worst case someone who's already part-dead becomes full-dead. Best case someone comes back or the mafia (SK?) uses a kill on an empty husk.

Cesare, You get me backword. Why mafia will want to target empty husks? If they know of players bodyless they will target the list, probably killing them just after they take the bodies, if they don't know if there are bodiless players or know that there aren't, they will know who not to attack, increasing their chance to kill active players...

Well yeah that is a risk. I think it's a risk worth running if there are bodiless players who might need a new home. I'll hold off a bit to see whether more people have bodies but if we still have people MIA by, say, 10 pm or so I'll post it just in case.

I don't think it'd be a good idea to list a single body that is vacant. Maybe list 2 or 3, where one of them is the vacant body. It'll give the person a 1/2-1/3 chance, at least.

Still risky, with there being seemingly as many as 5 kills a night, not counting the vote, but it ameliorates it somewhat.

I feel the most info can be gained from a Cythraul wagon today. I feel like people were just jumping on both the kime and Cythraul wagons yesterday without offering any reasons.

I'm thinking TA might be a good target, considering the lack of reasoning on his Sir Fab vote and that the mafia might well just be getting blatant now.

all's I know is that baidol survived in the last game for like 4 days after he had a tiebreaking vote go his way, and he was mafia.
