Hello, recently I started a comic with my friend (he writes, I do the magic). Since I always wanted to do it, and just never did, I realised that some action has to be taken. The idea is to squeeze out some creative juices once a week to write a "two guys talking to each other" joke and put it into a monochrome. Since my favourite cartoonists' and illustrators' art (Joe Matt, Chester Brown, Aubrey Beardsley) was / is done in black & white, it is quite important for me to learn how to play with contrast and expose white space in the compositions (oh and forgot to add: learn to draw, cause I'm not doing for the long time). Therefore: any feedback would be very much appreciated. Cheers!
