The property market in Australia is kind of insane at the moment, and I was starting to think I'd never be able to move out of my parent's house. But, I was just looking at properties in Perth online and I think I've found the perfect place.

What do you think, guys? Should I make an offer?

    the only way to drink tooheys is a black and tan

    it's easy to remember, just ask for half tooheys old and half tooheys new

    it mixes up real nice like and tastes delicious

    Nice. My last name is Toohey, so I have a pack of 24 Toohey's New bottles kickin' around the house. I hand them out as novelty gifts. I have one here at my office desk now, actually.

    basically if you want to smoke in some bars here you have to go to the gambling rooms with all the pathetic people on slot machines

    i went to one a couple days ago that actually had some decent seating and couches among them

    so i was chillin there with a friend thinking that it might be a bit fun to give one of the machines a go
    then i thought, no it wouldnt be, i am just attracted to the bright lights and would actually rather play a game which is fun and doesnt make me look like a degenerate gambler

    think about it
    you get drunk
    then have a game of 8 player daytona or some such

    the stock market is another place filled with degenerate gamblers the only difference is when those dudes first make a bit of money they buy expensive suits so everyone sees them and thinks they are successful and no one realises that all these dudes just spent the night sleeping by the dairy section in the back of a 7-11

    ok I've got a new investor packet on the way in the mail and I just need $1000 for the initial funding of my account

    now I just need to start looking for who I want to invest in and stop wasting so much of my paychecks
