Looking for an old PA Report Game

I seem to recall sometime last year a game that Ben Kuchera reviewed for the PA Report but I can't remember the name. I don't believe it was complete at that time.
I was some kind of dungeon crawler with a spin. Really all I can remember is that the characters were in some sort of a party (more or less walking one behind the other) and were flat against the background. It wasn't top-down or anything like that, it seemed to be all from-the-side. I believe the guy at the front of the line may have been carrying a torch.
I realize it's not much to go on, but I've been scouring the Wayback Machine this morning trying to find this game with no luck.
