Last time I saw anything about it it was still a Japan and Europe only thing. Not that I've been paying super close attention since I can't justify dropping that much money on knick knacks.

It popped up on Amazon and like immediately sold out, I'm just a sucker for collectors editions really and it would be nice but I really want the 3ds
I can't bring myself to believe it will, but hopefully I'll be wrong.

its far, far more likely to get done this way than through legislation
The FCC is currently Democratic majority and other telco-reform proposals have passed firmly along party lines, so the odds are good. Plus, the president staunchly supports it, which will help when the Republican-led and telco-owned Congress starts pitching a fit. That said, I'm not sure Title II, especially the way Wheeler seems to be proposing it, will solve the problem, but the industry has been raising a huge stink about it, which indicates it's a good step, at any rate.
If it was possible to harness frustration, Nintendo would be the leading energy provider of the world

Should I get Wonderful 101 with my Club coins, then get Super Metroid or Starfox 64, or don't get Wonderful 101 and get both Super Metroid and Starfox 64 plus possibly two other cheaper games?
My only experience with Starfox 64 was playing it at a target demo station in '97, and I've never owned a SNES so never played Super Metroid.
Think I'm going to go with Wonderful 101 and Starfox 64.

Star Fox 64 didn't seem to be on the eshop, which was why i chose it over Super Metroid.
Still can't believe the vWii doesn't recognize the gamepad and pro controller as a classic controller. I can't imagine that would have been difficult to implement.

Virtual Console version is just a port of the N64 game, the 3DS one is a full-on remake
