Don't know what to do

To cut to the chase. I have recently lost my job, which I have had for two months. Basically the boss said it was nothing I did just that I lack experience, previous job they said the same thing. The job before that was a year long contract and they were happy with my work. So mid twenties lost a job I liked and worked hard for found I was being let go in two months time recently had a period of time in which I was unemployed for 11 months. I have already attempted a hanging today the branch I chose wasn't strong as it looked my family doesn't know about the attempt. Feeling scared and lost any advice for me?
