This IS apparently caused by having PT. Whenever PSN does a license check, it sees you downloaded it. Even if you don't have it anymore. And it tries to validate the license, and then it can't because that game doesn't exist, and you're shut out of everything.
So apparently if you have PT, and everything is working, if you hit restore licenses you get an error, and some people say stuff is fine and some get locked out.
But yes - it seems Konami has basically shut down all digital purchases for people who downloaded a free demo.
Which makes that weird, directly from PlayStation message about PT even weirder now.
I am feeling more comfortable that this is actually going to be a story in the days ahead...which gives me hope that pressure is on to fix this shit. I want my games!

Based on what I've seen I think I feel comfortable getting it on the playstation instead of the PC as well so thats nice
I haven't read the review yet so I don't know if this says this, but their review is solely based on the PS4 version, they have not even gotten copies of Xbox One or PC
