Ahhhh crap, I forgot to start it pre-loading last night. With how crappy my internet has been (THANKS GOOGLE FIBER, TOTALLY NOT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AT ALL), and judging by how long the Destiny 2.0 patch took to finish, I won't be playing until late afternoon Saturday...

I have returned so many online copies of games to Walmart. They used to be really inconsistent with release day availability on anything less high-profile than Halo, so I'd preorder online to hedge my bets

I think just because it doesn't have saving and they're very long games

I 100%ed Super Mario World on GBA so many times. I literally can't say how many. I have 3 full files on the cart now and I know I've wiped the data multiple times. God, I loved that game.

World is easily my favourite 2D Mario game. Just thinking about it in the lead-up to this game puts a smile on my face.

Instead the unlocks are based on how much you've used the items you currently have, it looks like

The game lies. It tells you the delivery will arrive tomorrow, but then delivers the next set after a bit and says wow it arrived early!

Has anyone worked out the metric for unlocking stuff early yet? I got the first set of unlocks pretty quickly, but I've been messing with this stage for a few hours and I haven't gotten Saturday's stuff yet. Do you need to make a certain number of stages or something? Upload one?

Despite the announcement that having to wait until the next day has been patched out, you still have to wait until the next day. So just exit the game, move your clock to tomorrow and then open it again and your stuff should be delivered as soon as you hit "Make".

Then just do that again, 8 more times.
