    If you have the free time and a car to get there, the green sand beach is a nice visit for half a day or so. There are only 4 green sand beaches on the entire planet, so it's a unique opportunity. It's also in this great cove area that you get to by descending down some paths on a cliffside.

    If you do go, you have to park a long distance from the beach itself. Then you can either walk over, or pay some locals to drive you. Pay the locals to drive you. That walk is way worse than you would expect looking at it on a map. Also, the local drivers will usually make a stop or two along the way for a particularly good view for pictures or a spot where they know the sand is the greenest.
