Alice Heart's perfect world is turned on its head when she unwittingly stumbles upon the true heir to the Wonderland throne on her first magical internship journey to Earth.
When encyclopedia salesman Wadsworth Zane receives a letter about an inheritance in the quaint town of Broodhollow, he thinks his luck might finally be turning around. But are a series of supernatural encounters a figment of his maddening obsessive disorder, or something more?
A love letter to the Internet. Clique Refresh tells the story of Ellie Cleary and her dream to achieve greatness and the aspirations of those closest to her.
This is the tale of Scarlet Crown's Pride and of Hemlock Heart where prejudice is decried. Although these events seem like a dreadful ride, the devils of the world always take them in stride. Yet there is one girl who may turn the tide...
Johnny Wander might be about life after college, being a kid, growing up and all the people you meet and all the things that happen in that brave new world. Or it might be about something else entirely.
Junior Scientist Power Hour was created while Abby was in school studying Evolutionary Biology, drawing comics instead of studying or doing her homework. It is about a great many things, some of them may even be funny!
Vincent Bellingham is looking for an excuse to disappear, and what's a better excuse than staying with a mysterious vampire and her two monstrous children?
Wallace Foster, a young, bright eyed, human social worker, has his entire world view rocked when he's suddenly relocated into a city primarily inhabited by monsters.
Monster Pulse is a nostalgic coming-of-age adventure about kids with fighting monster pets--monster pets that are literally a part of them. When you're fighting beside your own disembodied heart, things start to get a bit strange...
Sleepless Domain is a comic about an isolated city in the middle of a dangerous world filled with monsters. During the day, the city is perfectly safe. At night, however, the populace locks themselves inside as the city streets fill with monsters. The only ones who can combat these creatures are very special girls with the power to transform into Magical Girls!
A postapocalyptic adventure story set in the Nordic countries a few generations after the end of the world. A small, poorly financed research crew is sent out to rediscover whatever is left of the forbidden old world in the south.
Daughter of the Lord of Thieves, Sette Frummagem is on a mission, and she'll lie, cheat, and steal to make sure it's a success (she'll lie, cheat, and steal anyway). Condemned to aid her in her rotten endeavours is a rotten corpse who seems oddly talented with the supernatural, and oddly not laying motionless in the dirt.
The road is long and no one is what they seem. Never trust a thief, and never trust anyone who won't let you look into their eyes.
I mean, she tried, but it didn't have the doll's arm tied to it before, that seems to have increased the accuracy quite a bit. Last time it nicked Baal's arm for like a panel before it healed up.
Yeah, the doll's arm has made it so that the weapon can harm the other immortal monsters (because only immortal monsters can kill other immortal monsters)
Well, it's a new thread, that means it resets my Fluttering Feelings spam schedule, right? No? Oh well lets do it anyway. Previously
So as best I understand it, the timeline here is when our main girls entered school, Ji-Hwan was a junior. End of his 3rd year or a little into his 4th he takes time off from school to go do his required 2 years in the military. He finishes up, does a little travelling, comes back to school last quarter. At that point the girls are in their 3rd year, but both of them coincidentally take that quarter off to go to Australia - No-Rae for vacation, Seol-A as some sort of scholarship thing. Now they're all back for fall quarter. Or semester, or whatever. Not that these details are very important really, but I like how much we're entering into character's ongoing lives. Everyone is shaped by things that have already happened to them, much of which we're not privy to yet. It's a much different narrative structure than something like Their Story, which is adorable don't get me wrong, but all of the story arcs start at strip #1.
If anyone wants to read ahead btw the whole translation is uploaded on imgur here. We're on chapter 8 right now.

Players who make the most of their Diplomacy skill (known as "Diplomancers") tend to be very controlling when it comes to roleplaying. They choose their words with care and take NPCs very seriously. And heaven forbid your character might say something that wasn't meticulously thought-out.
If only we had been surprised by it when it was a further along though.
But yeah it seems quite charming. Someone should start posting new updates from it.

Good thing I didn't have any particular plans tonight because I just read the entire Fluttering Feelings archive
Kim No-Rae's big brother is the best dude
It's really interesting after reading the whole thing it to go through these early chapters again. SHPOILERS
No-Rae kinda seems like she already knows she's bi from the beginning, her shying away from things is more just her trying to avoid the possibility of conflict in general. Like she's not in denial that she's attracted to Seol-A, she just figures Seol-A's straight and so she's trying not to fuck things up with her straight friend that she cares about. Meanwhile Seol-A has been with lots of guys but doesn't really seem to have ever had any kind of romantic attraction to men at all. Like it's really kinda sad, she's basically flirting with No-Rae from their first conversation yet she's got almost no idea about what she actually wants from her. And then she wonders why she keeps fucking up her friendships with girls and dating horrible men.
You kind of get the impression that most of their friends have pretty strong suspicions that something's up from pretty early on, like No-Rae's big bro was totally giving dating advice, but they're too polite to pry. And Ji-Hwan definitely seems to have a pretty strong idea, even when he asked out No-Rae it sort of felt more like he cared more about checking on this girls motives for Seol-A's sake than really going out with her.
Ji-hwan theorizing
It's not entirely supported by his internal thoughts, but... Is Ji-Hwan gay? Seol-A at one point realizes she's basically never seen him dating anyone which he just kind of waves off, but he also likes people to think he's dating Seol-A because it keeps the girls away. He asks out No-Rae and certainly seems to like her, but seems kind of oddly reticent to say he actually loves her. Like there's just something about him, I'm not sure if he actually wants a girlfriend or a beard that he likes.
It'll be interesting to see where the story goes from here. In all but name they're basically dating already even if neither will say so out loud, but once they do that's really going to complicate things for them. Especially for Seol-A.

Basically, be careful whom you upset in an RPG campaign as it's usually the whole group that gets the unpleasant response instead of just you.
