I do not like CoD single player campaign's gameplay. I would prefer the single player campaigns if they were fully what is sometimes called walking simulators. I like those.

The gameplay of the multiplayer portion always seems amazingly different.

    @elldren yep

    How it works:

Co op Campaign: male or female with a handful of hair and face options.

Zombies: play one of four characters with voice acted personalities and set genders

Multi: play different "heroes" with set identities, like the Brazilian archer lady from the favela or the creepy droid or the cyborg guy

You unlock paint jobs for your guns and targeting reticles that carry over between all modes

In campaign you have a between mission little base with your wardrobe so you can dress up your dolly and then little workstations to swap gun accessories and paint jobs and stuff

none of those equations make any attempt to solve the question they're asking

why did they square the distance of the bridge?

campaign varies a great deal based on which loadout you pick (depending on mission), if you're the hacking type you're going to progress slower and deliberately avoid killing robots in some cases so that you can steal them

if you're the brute force type you get a lot more options for flanking enemies because you can parkour

the other spec lets you make people throw up or blow their grenades up on their belt

it plays like a superior version of the last Syndicate game (although unlike that game mowing down lots of civilians will fail a mission)

been coding for an 8 bit AVR some lately (the Atmel ATMEGA32U4 on an Arduino Leonardo board) and it is pretty crazy the difference in terms of timing accuracy when you don't have an operating system

writing in assembler like I can tell exactly how many clock cycles a bit of code will take. And clock cycles are (on that device) are 1/16,000,000 of a second +/- a surprisingly small margin of error.

Um. I'm having a funny conversation with a Microsoft "Answer Tech" right now:

Hunter M: at 18:19:24: Thanks for contacting Microsoft Store chat, my name is Hunter M! How can I help you today?
    You: at 18:19:14: Hi
You: at 18:19:49: Just a question - when will the Surface Pro 4 i7 16GB version with 1TB of HDD space be available? Earlier this month/December quoted 1/22 as the date it would be available.
Hunter M: at 18:20:06: Hello there
You: at 18:20:04: I'm also curious if it will be available with retailers/resellers, and when.
Hunter M: at 18:20:33: Where did you see this information?
    You: at 18:20:40: For 1/22?
You: at 18:20:44: On the Microsoft store site
You: at 18:21:03: back in December and earlier in January, I "configured" a Surface Pro 4 with the maximum configuration
    Hunter M: at 18:21:24: Wonderful.
Hunter M: at 18:21:27: If you could, please allow me 1-2 minutes to look into this for you, and I will be right back with you!
You: at 18:21:16: And a message in red stated it would be availabe on 1/22
    You: at 18:21:18: OK thanks

The "Wonderful." made me laugh and is reminiscent of how I react to things at my own job.

They're not wrong about the gopro correction tho. Skydivers love the gopro fisheye because it makes it look like they started in outer space. The curvature of the earth is not actually noticeable until you're way way up.

You'd think Pi or even Tau would be involved in something involving curvature.
