    Just ran into one of maybe twenty people who were in one of my favorite college classes (from over two years ago). It was the only one either of us could remember and I have half a mind to find the professor's contact info and tell him because that is pretty cool. It was a poli sci class and apparently at least some of the class ended up working for the government!

    Hmmm I am gonna make a big casserole for a week of breakfasts. Maybe 10 eggs, about as many tblspn cream, 12oz chorizo, an onion and a bell pepper, maybe three quarter lbs of cheddar, then half a lb each spinach, broccoli, cauliflower.

    Hopefully this holds up well to being nuked for 30s in the morning.
