Echo these models are plastic of some kind right?

Like going from my memory of how friend's GW models came out of the box I was wondering if you go over them with sandpaper and scalpel, since they look so smooth. No "molding-beard" and stuff like that.

A few are resin, the rest are plastic. I don't think GW does metal minis any longer.

Their CAD modelling makes for really excellent models, no flash to speak of and at worst I just scrape a bit with a scalpel to get rid of the mold lines.

Gonna point out that has little to nothing to do with the CAD and is mostly about the mold making process and is still done with bluing ink and polishing stones until you get to really really really high end stuff which GW is not. Near as I can tell GW has just been taking better care of their molds lately and maybe getting their production guys to pay more attention to the injection process.

Here's a piece still on the sprue. That mold line just takes some light scraping with a scalpel to get rid of.

Oh my God there's a family portrait at my house where everybody is dressed up and I'm making that Beast face and it was almost definitely from Sears or something and I always feel so guilty when I look at it, I was such a little piece of shit apparently back then when I was 31.

Can you remember the first game you bought with your own money?

Theme park on the Mega Drive.

Oh shit, was that the version where if you put ZARKON in the code thingy you'd get infinite money?

That was fun for a weekend

GW has been crazy lately. For Age of Sigmar they have "Getting started" boxes with an insane value.

I impulse-bought the Seraphon (lizardman) one. It's 600 Swedebucks, has a Carnosaur (big dino), eight Saurus cavalry, twelve Saurus infantry.

The Carnosaur alone is 600 SEK if you buy it separately.

I found a planet in No Man's Sky with sentinel level: frenzied. That means you don't even have to commit a crime. Just by being there you are assumed guilty of something or other. And the place is swarming. You get attacked every 20-30 seconds.

I used this opportunity to farm titanium from the robots. By far the easiest way to get large quantities of titanium. I highly recommend it. Have a good shield.

They're though our first firewall! I've never seen a hack like this. They're using delayed action encryption with a self mutating key!

How long until we can trace them?

I've neutralized 3 proxies so far using our root kit backdoor. It should only be another minute.

You need to hurry. If they get through, they'll have total access to our nation's encrypted networks.

    Dear god that means...

That's right, the cyber terrorists will have cyber access to our cyber nukes and there's nothing we can do to stop them.

An accurate depiction of this planet once I was full up on titanium and decided to run around taking as many gravitino balls as I could carry, as they littered the ground on the planet.
