Hah, don't worry about it. I'd still suck, and it mostly seems to come up in lower key environments, where I'm pretty ok just hanging out or watching/sitting with Querry, so... I'm alright with that.
So I'm signing up for meetup dnd groups at the FLGS with some AA peeps who role nerd like me.
