First, you should be aware of the constant polar bear attacks on the populace. The bears live in an area colloquially known as "Bearlin" close to the centre of the city. They can be frightened off by the mating call of a whooping crane, and any reputable street tobacconist will sell a special whistle that will simulate this sound. Even in a futuristic setting this should be taken into account, as the bears are a protected species and have paid up their rent to 2189.
You probably already know that no one wears any item of clothing colour blue except on weekends under penalty of death by being repeatedly thrown from a ground floor window.
Be sure to add verisimilitude to your setting by having passersby wish the PCs Happy Monday, no matter what day it is, in the adorably quirky way that Berliners do today.

Coming off one of the videos Simon linked, I found another vlogger who's been taking the piss out of CinemaSins in recent months in a similar fashion to shesellsheshells (calling out errors and sexism, doing research on things the channel operators have said in other venues, etc). I don't know if you'll come away with anything new, exactly, but I like this person's vibe and they make good videos.

The original M7 is great and a ton of fun. It's not up there with TGTBATU or anything, but it's well-crafted and a good time. That's about all I'd expect from a remake, glad to hear it's enjoyable.
