So I call and the guy first says because I paid the delivery guy its an admission of it being on time. Stopped that right here and said I paid by credit card online when I ordered, and that I wanted a refund. He then tried to tell me he cant give me a refund only give me a credit. Told him I wanted a supervisor he tired to tell me the supervisor cant give me a refund either. I told him to please connect me to a supervisor.
So I get the Supervisor and he says he can give me a credit I say NO I want a refund. Says he can offer me one but because it says 5-7 days for it to go through most people just take a credit I said no I dont order from you enough I want my refund. He put me on hold to "get the form" then we went through some info and now to keep an eye on my credit card account.
