I did start taking magnesium since I was grinding the fuck out of my teeth enough to hurt my jaw but now I'm 99% that was stress related.
Yeah, and I wonder if it's something that I can take irregularly and be alright, or if levels in the body are closely correlated with the daily intake.

Yahoo was already a shell of its former self. Now part of the company is getting an obscure new name: Altaba.
When Verizon agreed to buy the company for $4.8 billion in July, it planned to purchase just Yahoo's core Internet businesses, which include its email service, sports verticals and various apps. What's left of the embattled technology company would essentially be its ownership in the very valuable Chinese Internet giant Alibaba.
When the deal closes, the remaining part will change its name to Altaba, the company announced in security filings on Monday. The sale is expected to be completed by late March, Yahoo said.
The new name is meant to be a combination of the words “alternative and Alibaba,” according to a person familiar with the company’s thinking, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the individual was not authorized to speak on the record about the name change.

that sounds rough dude! I feel you on the dreams, though sounds like you might be on another level with them - I don't dream much (though I did have a weirdo dream last night about a bunch of militant white dudes invading my friend's vacation house and then the ATF raided wtf brain).
I had like three nights of horrible sleep when I was pretty sure work would make me miss my yoga immersion. wrecked my jaw to the point I couldn't really chew comfortably! and then I decided to just set some work boundaries and everything worked out perfectly yay!
A whole lot of palanquin-bearers protested outside the inventor's house. Something about technology destroying their jobs.

There's a paste that should go between your CPU and your CPU Cooler, to facilitate heat transfer. Without it you will have problems.
It's usually already applied to stock coolers and stuff these days though.
