Sometimes in the Navy we'll have a swim call, letting sailors go swimming out in the ocean. Sometimes it's just off of land, other times in the middle of nowhere.

lawful good: honor in the collective interest (knight in shining armor)
chaotic good: dishonor in the collective interest (ends justify the means)
lawful evil: honor in self interest (diabolical villains/hannibal lector)
chaotic evil: dishonor in self interest (ANARCHY)
but maybe that is too simplistic

A friend of mine came out to Hawaii for a deployment around the same time I was out there working. Despite having deployed out of there multiple times he'd never actually set foot in the Pacific.
So after a few hours of drinking in Waikiki I dragged him out to the beach and we frolicked in the Pacific ocean like bros.
Friend picked me up for lunch and noticed that her right side mirror was gone. "Oh, that got knocked off about a year ago, its in the back seat!"
We have a good catch up lunch and when she dropped me off I said "well if you've got a few minutes I can probably get back on for you" and then proceeded to reattach it (the screws were the diamond ended type which you can just hammer back in) to applause and 'look at this!' snapchats. Only took like 10 minutes.
Feels good fixing that sort of thing for a friend!

Saw a bicyclist blow a stop sign this morning and then have the gall to yell at a pedestrian who almost stepped off the curb after waiting for cars. The fucking balls of some people is amazing.
I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

Today's PA strip, I am basically Tycho every time someone tells me they "wasted" time playing PUBG because they died.
I'm like you... you were playing the game for 20 minutes? Were you not... not having fun?
"we were just picking up loot and driving around and bullshitting"
...yes? We also shot at some dudes.
"we killed like two guys and they had shit loot on them"
yes well I assume that is part of why they died so easily
(I stopped playing PUBG with that guy)
I play a lot of PUBG with my brothers because besides them and like... visiblehowl I don't personally know a lot of people who find the game itself very fun and idgi

I'm all for cyclist safety oriented laws and stuff, but almost every single person I've seen on a bike shows me they are going to fly in the face of the rules, do what they want and get mad when someone does something completely reasonable while they are breaking the law.

EM, I don't think most people are Lawful Neutral, at least, not as I conceive of it (with the obvious caveat that D&D style alignment is weird and not a good model).
I think lawful implies a trust for systems and authority, that is not generally present among liberal people (I don't have a ton of experience with conservative people, but conservatives caring about loyalty and authority when considering ethical dilemmas suggest that it's mostly a conservative trait). Neutral would be looking at things and evaluating whether they're good or bad with at most slight favor for systems. So, not necessarily a ton of trust in systems or authority, but not really distrust either. Chaotic would then be distrust or dislike.
I would generally conceive of my (lately not stated because it hasn't come up and I'm monogamously engaged) desire for polyamory to be considered by everyone, because I dislike that people do not think about systems they've given and don't actually make choices many times, rather than out-of-hand dismissing of things that are different, as a chaotic trait. Similarly, my skepticism of powerful people as particularly good or worthy of their power, and a distrust of consolidation of power, is probably chaotic - the fact that I tend to obey laws feels irrelevant, since it's not because of ideological trust in them, but for other reasons.
I think most people are actually, like, true neutral, with perhaps some inclination towards lawful good - people tend to uphold laws when convenient, but ideological desire to uphold laws seems like it is rarer.

Chaotic good tips a lot, in cash, but doesn't bother to do the math.
Chaotic evil is like chaotic good but they only tip with whatever spare change is in their pocket.
Lawful evil puts a stack of ones on the table and removes one each time you make a mistake.
the "no true scotch man" fallacy.
I joined the wrong branch.

yeah that looks nice
But swimming like, in the middle of an ocean, would be a bit special I think.
Chaotic good: Stout
True neutral: Water
Chaotic evil: Malt liquor
Lawful evil: Lager
I'll leave it as I found it.

Nah, those sailors where the shortest shorts and are super fit.
That's probably a chief sitting content in the knowledge that no one's currently getting blackout drunk.
