Pulling from an online playlist on a Powerpoint file

So for one of my courses I teach I usually play music before the class begins.
For the most part I just find something on youtube and insert it before my powerpoint slides start.
I was wondering if it was possible to have it pull from a curated playlist instead, that way I could in theory share that list with the students if they so want.
I do have webaccess on the powerpoint computers and would prefer to stream rather than local mp3
