I could have sworn that I had seen a teaser in a theater for a film adaptation of The Darkness. I believe it was sometime in the late 2000s after the 2004 announcement. I recall some Darklings scrambling up the side of a building to Jackie waiting on the roof.
I feel relatively certain that it was not this trailer for the game.
