To be honest, its worth it for the big mech-suit battle at the end. I found that highly entertaining and I learned something:
Shouting while firing automatic weapons makes them do more damage

Another thing I enjoyed about the Matrix was those comics they did. They had shit by Paul Chadwick, Neil Gaiman, Kaare Andrews. Really good stuff.

I don't think they really needed them against those weak mechs. They just pulled the pilots out and ripped them apart.

I really wish I still liked those movies.

EDIT: I blame it on them being rushed to do the sequels. I mean, the writing was so fucking sloppy.

They weren't all written by the same people. Have you not heard about how the wachowski's scammed that lady out of her script?

    THOSE FUCKING ASSHOLES

    I did not know this

Stewart's case was dismissed in June 2005 when she failed to show up for a preliminary hearing of her case. In a 53-page ruling, Judge Margaret Morrow of the Central District Court of California dismissed the suit, saying Stewart and her attorneys had not entered any evidence to bolster its key claims or demonstrated any striking similarity between her work and the accused directors' films. As of this writing, Stewart's case is no longer before the courts. She has announced that she does not plan to let the matter drop, so possibly this case will someday be re-filed and heard, but for now it is over.

I don't buy that at all. It was all over the place that she won like $90 mil back in the day. Crew members testified that the wachowski brothers had handed out photocopied versions of her original script for christ sake. But it doesn't matter what really happened because it was a Warner Brother's movie, which means if Ted Turner doesn't want the world to know about it, you can be damn sure that no one will. Plus, if you didn't immediately think that the second movie had been written by someone else, you're dumb. It completely changed feel altogether.

No, she didn't win jack shit. That was misreported. She actually won the right to continue her case. And right after that she completely failed to point out any striking similarities between her book and the Matrix and Terminator films, and from what I have red, the book is barely similar to the films other than a very general messianic sort of theme that's been done by everybody and their grandmother since the creation of fiction.

So in short, read about what happened before you post.
