I wish they had Send It Up on the bracket because I feel like that deserves a seed just because of:
This the greatest shit in the club
Since "In Da Club"
It's so packed I might ride around
On my bodyguard's back like Prince in the club
She say "Can you get my friends in the club?"
I say "Can you get my Benz in the club?"
"and the morning stars I have seen
and the gengars who are guiding me" -- W.S. Merwin
Granted I don’t know much about Kanye’s back catalog, but the NorthWest bracket looks weakest there, while the Donna bracket has Monster and Runaway (two Final Four songs) meeting in the sweet sixteen?!?
fuckin Stronger is in the final four, no question.

I think Jesus Walks strolls untouched through the Chicago bracket. Tough to choose between All of the Lights and All Falls Down in the Donda bracket, but I'd probably give it to Falls even though I like Lights better. My heart wants Through The Wire in the North West bracket, but I think Can't Tell Me Nothing almost certainly takes it. I have no fucking clue what comes out of the Saint bracket.
I hate choosing 1 seeds for this, but I'm pretty sure it'll be Can't Tell Me Nothing vs Jesus Walks in the final, which I think is a worthy championship.

joel kinnaman’s obscenely ripped body is why I enjoyed altered carbon
If HDR will give me more satisfying opportunities to objectify a body that is, explicitly in the show, just an object to be traded and used I want to give it a shot
babylon berlin has some haunted eyed german cutie pies in it but no ripped bods so far

What's the point in subscribing to every YouTube channel aeth
I don't need to watch normal TV.
Yeah but, if you subscribe to all of them doesn't the default page just load up?
I don't use the default page, because it blows chunks.
https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions shows you a chronological listing of all the new videos from your subscriptions. I don't have to worry about that silly bell or anything like that, I just skim to see if anything interesting has come out, maybe mark some for watch later.
He/Him | "We who believe in freedom cannot rest." - Dr. Johnetta Cole, 7/22/2024
athenor that is way too many i am not gonna google all those and read the summaries you sumbitch
I skimmed it and I can recommend: Binging with Babish, Mark Brown (surveying game concepts and what games do well/poorly and why), Extra Credit (brush up on game design and history)
I wouldn't necessarily recommend jacksepticeye (a prominent LPer) but he does LP Life is Strange and Before the Storm

man i'm too indecisive for this shit. it'd be real hard for me to rank 64 songs- and i like kanye a lot, and have listened to his discography multiple times.

Conor Lamb (D) has won the initial ballot count in the PA special election by 579 votes, or 0.3 percent. While Lamb has claimed victory and given a speech to that effect, over 1300 absentee ballots remain unrecorded and his opponent, Rick Saccone (R) has not conceded. This will likely not be decided tonight, though given the GOP winning that district just two years ago by more than 20 points, the outcome of tonight will be a victory for the Democrats regardless, be it moral or electoral.

I think I am handicapped in a Kanye bracket pool by my obvious severe bias towards College Dropout and My Dark Twisted Fantasy.
Also I wonder if people listened to the same MDTF album I did. Why are Blame Game and Power so highly rated and Monster and Dark Fantasy so low-rated?
I can respect that, although that Diamonds From Sierra Leone pick has got me furiously going through Late Registration again to see if it's as good as people remember it to be
Also you didn't pick between Street Lights and We Don't Care, which ended up being one of my more painful choices

So obviously everyone has an idea of what HDR is. A way to handle a scene that a mixture of deep blacks and really bright areas. Averaging out the exposure doesn't really work for either. There are ways to handle that in digital photography and TV, but who cares about all that, TV is boring. Who wants to watch people fucking? But B&W film photography? Now we're talking. So how did photographers handle that before digital? (please read in a YouTube voice) Easy!* They used the zone system. The zone goes from 0 to 10, darkest to whitest. Instead of just taking the average of a scene where the camera meter would tell you "it's actually gray, the whole scene is gray, shoot it like it's gray" you use a spot meter to get exposure for different parts of the mixed scene. You shoot the scene to capture the details of the shadows, and then you develop the print for the highlight value that you want, adding or increasing development time depending on how bright or dark you want them to be. Some chemistry is involved, imagine the chemistry part here and you're putting your hands in lots of liquids and/or water. And something else; lots of dodging and burning, basically exposing one part of the print longer than the others. That part is unglamorous and inelegant so it's not talked about as much, but it gets results.
So HDR is pretty cool. Look at these Ansel Adam totally HDR shots.
Just look at the water of McDonald Lake. You can see fine details and ripples on the surface of the water reflecting the partly cloudy sky, it's not washed out at all. The ranges are properly exposed and printed, and aren't some dark mess. Every piece of it is perfect.
i'm generally not hipster about anything but i was one of binging with babish's first subscribers. definitely inside the first thousand. prolly my favorite channel

I like Runaway a lot, but I think not as much as a lot of people do, so I forgot it had such a strong following.
Frankly I think the Donda region is fucking stacked, and there are several Final Four contenders in there that are getting shafted.

I love Monster and Dark Fantasy but Monster severely suffers from Jay-Z's most embarrassing verse in history, even though it has the immortal Nicki Minaj verse
Dark Fantasy is really, really fun (and has a great underappreciated line about seeing the devil in a chrysler lebaron), but it's half a skit, which deducts points in classic head-to-heads

Yeah whoops, somehow I both glided past that because I knew Jesus was gonna win between them, and also can't make a decision between the two. I guess I am a coward.

Unnecessary because separate ways sweeps the first one easy and the second one would be like the NIT tournament of fake march madnesses
