    I worked at an ice cream place back in 2010 that was artisanal as a motherfucker and it was good enough to put an asterisk on every single scoop I've had since

    in a lot of ways it sucks, but you know what? my 2010 ice cream life was somethin else. I'm fond of it.

    I think Ben and Jerry's does a Mint Cookies and Cream. I would have selected that option if available, but Americone Dream is pretty great too so it was a fine choice.

    Mochi is sticky rice which is pounded into flour and mixed with water and sugar to make a smooth paste. When cooked it turns into a chewy treat which is the basis for a lot of Japanese desserts.

    Mochi Ice Cream is ice cream wrapped in mochi.
