    Nup, those aren't tech bases. Preda spent the AP, so you're right (now that I'm on my PC and can see things :P )

    That weren't science bases? Than I kind of screwed up from the start of the game... The intent was to play the event, so choose Thoot and Luna instead...

    Just so everyone knows and no one become surprised later, there's a component limit on influence cubes. Everyone has 18 cubes (but UN that have 15 and will get 3 special ones with tech 1), but one is the score one, so everyone has only 17 (14 for UN) cubes to spread through the bases.

    UN @Daemonis should have 6 influence cubes left.
    OPA @Phyphor should have 7 influence cubes left.
    PG @mrbody should have 11 influence cubes left.
    MCR I should have 7 influence cubes left.

    Saturn is 2 bands away from the belt. It would cost 2 AP to move it that distance, leaving only 1 AP. Please revise turn @Preda

    Leave battleship on Toth, move to Saturn Jjupiter fleet instead. Everything else the same.

    Slight difference on water planets situation, so @Phyphor to confirm reaction, @MrBody to refresh cards.
